Bellwether on Main brings together multiple building innovations at one site. It serves as a long-term laboratory for manufacturers. It will be available for tours and short-term rentals: guests will experience the comfort of a Passive House, and have the opportunity to use the appliances. The Woodstock Passive House helped drive the market for induction cooking , as one example.

A Venn diagram of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and Passive House would have little overlap: as of early 2024 Phius had certified only four AAC Passive buildings in the US.

September 2024: We are pleased to announce new products added to Bellwether on Main:

Leviton load centers

Renewaire energy recovery ventilation

Rheia duct system
